It powered by Linux Mint 22.5 OS, it has all what you need, no need for antivirus, has fully office suit, and hundreds of apps from the software center. You can always install windows if
you want but from my expierience Linux is the best. It doesnt crash, no need for antivirus, very hard to hack..etc
