It's touch screen however due to an internal crack on the bottom screen that does not reach the surface and is barely noticeable the touchscreen does not work on the right side of the bottom screen but honestly how often you going to use the touchscreen on a laptop anyway. Personally I turned it off and never used it.
It has an on-screen keyboard and voice typing. I am also including free of charge a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard however I can't remember how to connect the keyboard and the wheel on the mouse doesn't work great but it will get you set up until you can get a new one if need be.
Also the charger although does work with persuasion by twisting the wire at the point it plugs into the laptop would benefit from being replaced but new chargers ain't that expensive. All in all it's a dual screen laptop for a low price.
