resetting the system will restore the language back to Chinese but can be changed it settings to english.
The @ on the chinese keyboard is on the 2 key rather than above the apostrophe key.
THIS INCLUDES CHARGER, ORIGINAL BOX, MANUAL, INCLUDED ACCESSORIES AND A LAPTOP FAN STAND.
I am currently selling this laptop as i want to buy desktop pc.
