I purchased this item in the United Arab Emirates in 2014 and hence it also has Arabic characters on the keys. To complete the clean install of Windows 10 I had to create a Local Account called “User1”. Simple instructions will be included in the package as to how to by-pass the log-in screen to allow a buyer to set-up their own account.
This device can be used for everyday tasks like web browsing - online banking and document editing. Is has been upgraded to 8GB Ram and a 430GB SSD for improved performance.
Note that the item was purchased for working in a secure facility and hence has NO webcam as standard.

Laptop : All keys/ports/drives/touchpad etc are working fine. However, the battery only holds a small amount of charge and I suggest the power must be from the mains at all times.
