Love gardening, staying fit, and working outdoors? Join our growing South London team! We maintain beautiful private gardens using e-cargo bikes – no vans, no pollution, just great gardens and good vibes.

About the role:

• Head Gardener leading a small 2-person team

• Tues–Thurs, 7:15am–4:30pm (paid per job + 1hr setup daily)

• Travel by e-cargo bike (supplied)

• Freelance: £20/hr rising to £25/hr with performance

You’ll need:

• Solid gardening experience & plant knowledge

• Confident with garden machinery & soft landscaping

• Reliable, organised & client-friendly

• Physically fit and happy outdoors in all weather

• Able to use basic apps (Google Maps, iCal, WhatsApp)
