I recently hired M & C through Bark for tree surgery work, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service they provided. From the start, Maggie was incredibly professional and reassuring over the phone. She offered a competitive quote and clearly outlined the scope of work, which included cutting the tree down to ground level, applying chemical treatment, and ensuring a thorough clean-up afterwards. The job was completed on the agreed date, and I was genuinely impressed by the efficiency and quality of work delivered by both Maggie and Chris. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing a great job really stood out. They even insisted on taking payment only after I was fully satisfied with the results—a clear testament to their confidence and integrity. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the outcome and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend M & C to anyone in need of a reliable and skilled tree surgeon.
