I would not hire Antony for any job. I bought a three-bedroom mid-terrace house and hired Antony to convert the reception room into an en-suite bedroom and install fire doors in all bedrooms. He charged me £10,300 to complete the job in three weeks, but it took him almost three months. Antony only worked when he felt like it, and I constantly questioned his work ethic. He is neither trustworthy nor committed. The quality of his work was subpar—I regret hiring him. Some of the work he did, such as fitting new tiles, was so poorly done that I could have done it myself as a non-professional. He also seemed to have financial issues, as he repeatedly asked for payments even when no work had been completed. Worse still, none of the fire doors he installed passed the fire risk assessment, and I had to hire another company to redo the work properly. Additionally, his work caused damage to my property. After he left, a water leak spread throughout the house, and I had to hire a plumber to fix the issue. I wasted my money and time. I strongly advise against hiring him.
