I used Martin to clear a house after a bereavement. Out of all the people I spoke to when I made the initial enquiry, he was the one who was the most compassionate and seemed to understand how emotional the task at hand was. It took 2 years before I was ready to move forward with the clearance, but I knew without a doubt that it was Clutter2Clear that I wanted to use. Initially, I'd felt some embarrassment over the condition of the property, where things were rarely thrown away over the years. However, meeting with Martin left me feeling reassured. Over 2 days, Martin and Rico cleared nearly 4 decades of belongings from the property, removing items from the shelves, cupboards, drawers, work surfaces and floors. I was really keen to give as much to charity as possible, and Martin was really accommodating of this wish. I don't live in the same part of the country as the house that was cleared, so the provisional quote was based on a video to make things easier for me. There was good communication throughout, and I found Martin to be very friendly, kind, patient and compassionate. He knows how to do his job well, and I felt that I was in safe hands from the start. I would and have recommended Clutter2Clear to others. The work is respectful and thorough. For me, the job of clearing the house felt insurmountable, and Clutter2Clear came to my rescue.

Very pleased with the job from the initial enquiry right through to the finished job. Martin kept in touch all through the job from advising time of arrival, when they were leaving the property , any questions he had with the items and even sending photos of the completed house clearance. Fabulous company agreed a price and time span for job and kept to both.Supplied gas fitter to remove cooker and cap supply all to regulations. Even hoovered the floors once items in house removed.Did a wonderfull job clearing car parts and unwanted garden equipment.Would definitely recommend to anyone.
