Patio started to cave in Contacted Bill in February Still waiting on this being repaired NOT to be trusted. Many promises to come and fix it and did not turn up VERY disapointed

Small tarmac driveway with border block and some fencing completed by Bill and his team , responded quickly to my enquiry , completed in a quick, tidy and efficient manner and his young team that work with him were extremely mannerly and accommodating, would highly recommend Grange Manor Contracts and wouldn’t hesitate to use Bill and the boys in the future.

Will and his team have completed a professional job on laying a new patio and landscaping a border. They are very friendly, responded quickly to my job request and have a personal touch that can be difficult to find. Highly recommend.

Mr Travers and team did paving for me on 25th May. We had concerns about the grouting that was used. He reassured us that once it rained it would set. He wanted his money, so foolishly I paid him as I believed him. I contacted him again with same concern about the grouting and his son came to see the work and agreed 'there was something wrong with it and they would sort it in the near future' . I chased him again, he didnt answer my calls or respond to messages ( but interestingly when I created a new enquiry from a different email address he emailed and answered a call when I used a different phone number) that was on 16th June. He said he would be out 'sometime' to fix it . I felt this was unacceptable to be so vague but he would not commit.
I emailed him on 12th July asking for a reply by the end of July, I have still not had a response. I called on 7th August, still no response as to when this issue with the grouting will be fixed. Dont use this guy.. Hes a cowboy.AVOID at all costs.
