I am very disappointed about the people that work in this company. I hired them to fix a leak on my roof and they focused only in one part of the problem when I cleared pointed where the leaks are. I am saying are because after paying Michael and Chris £1,100 the leaks were not fixed. They focused only in the leak around the chimney and they overlooked the other leak when I clearly pointed out both issues and they saw also the water stains around de window and ceiling. They offered 1 year warranty for the job that was done, so because the water was still running after their work I contacted them and after 2 weeks of cahsing they finally came just to tell me that they quoted and did the job only for the chimney (which still has a bit of water dripping, not as bad as before but not completely fixed). Why would I have wanted to get only half of the issue fixed? I trusted them as they are the “professionals “. The second time that they came they only put silicon in one of the broken tiles and also damage the gutter, which is something extra that I will need to get repaired. Now I have to get someone else and pay again around £1200 or more. I don’t recommend these guys at all.

Hydro got in touch with me told them I was having trouble with my roof repointing/slipped tiles I needed it done asap Chris came straight out and got it all sorted for me can’t thank u enough highly recommend
