From our first conversation, Matthew was courteous. He arrived promptly at 09.00 on Sat 30th January to quote for the business. On his arrival at my property he carefully checked what was involved and accessibility for the equipment required. It is so convenient to be able to get a large conifer removed, the stump ground out and rubbish removed by the same company avoiding me having to synchronise activities between companies.

Can highly recommend the lads from Absolute Arb Care. They arrived bang on time, did an excellent job despite the terrible weather and did a complete tidy up afterwards. Lovely well mannered pleasant lads. Thank you.

Truly professional, responded to our enquiry within an hour of us searching and gave us an estimate and date for removal of our trees instantly. They came the day and time they said, cleared all trees professionally and they cleaned up afterwards. Absolutely over the moon with their services and all completed within the time they stated, one day amazing!! I would highly recommend them!

The service I got went beyond what I had expected and I was over the moon with the work. I chose Matthew to do this work for me as the comms were good from the start of the request - and were maintained throughout until the work was completed. More importantly if he said he would do something or he gave a time - he did what he said he was going to do or he turned up when he said he was going to. A very approachable person who made me feel like I was valued as a customer. I am well impressed with the standard of the work - well impressed. He was unable to complete a small part of the work as he needed access to a neighbours house and was unable to get it in my absence - he has already made plans to ensure that this is finished and I have every confidence that it will be. If I need a similar service going forward I would not approach anyone else for the work to be done - and if I get the opportunity, I will be recommending him to anyone I know who needs the services he delivers. And to top it all - he's a nice fella.

Would highly recommend ,rang within the hour an quoted a price for moving an 80 years old Olive tree in a large 160 Lt tub from retail prems to home address in Northumberland. Matt was polite and professional throughout and I would have no hesitation in contacting him to do further work
