Description
Unfortunately my Freelander has started using water, running slightly roughly with early signs of water mixing with the oil. This points to a head gasket which is common on a K series. I originally bought it with 10000 miles recorded and it's now at 69000. I might get it repaired but I'm nearly 70 and have 2 everyday cars and 2 classic cars and don't really need it anymore. The body and interior are really good, all windows etc work and it's still in 4 wheel drive with no noises. I've a huge history file and it's regularly serviced. It is mot'd until 15.09.26. It has never been welded. I have been offered £275 for scrap but is far too nice for that and I would like it to continue being of use to somebody. Best offer over £300.
