Most importantly, there is a relationship of open dialogue where any concerns about costs / timescales / unforeseen additional works that need to be done can be discussed in a constructive way . Work completed to a high standard with a great level of detail. Even tiny little tweaks and changes we asked for were taken care of without a fuss even when it was mid project or different from what we’d previous asked. Great communication throughout. Paul was always at the end of the phone when needed and would call with questions and updates regularly demonstrating the level of care and attention he put into keeping us happy and in-the-loop. Deadlines were stuck to, or changes communicated well in advance with reasoning. And there was always follow through on promises. I never had to chase anything up which was great. All trades that worked on our house were really friendly and more than happy to tell us what was going on etc. We would be happy to recommend JDL to anyone. The process of having work done was about as stress free as I. Can imagine, and the finished result is perfect we are really happy.

It's been a pleasure working with Paul, originally on a loft conversion. We were really impressed, and we invited him back to do an extension. His team is highly skilled and professional. It's great to be able to get into the detail with Paul on the practical matters of the build and what the finished product will be, but also the equally important finances — not least because we made a few changes to our plan along the way, all of which were accommodated without fuss. Great team, and equally great end result. Very happy.
