After months of searching for a trusted carpenter we’ve come across Moss Kitchens and immediately felt confident! Our Carpenter Andy is an easy-going immaculate professional, having strong attention to detail and making sure we are satisfied with his work, ensuring everything was met to our standards after fitting. I’m beyond happy with his work and would recommend Moss to anybody who is searching for a carpenter!

We had a great experience with Andy. We now have a fantastic kitchen - Andy was knowledgeable, paid attention to detail, problem-solved and we really felt he understood what we wanted and he achieved that. We’d wholeheartedly recommend him.

TL:DR - Avoid. Didn't complete the job. The good. Andrew was professional, courteous and communicated well. Quote £3.5k for 5 days to fit the kitchen. The first hurdle - which wasn't caused by him - Howdens made every mistake under the sun once the parts started arriving. Despite losing the 2nd day due to Howden's mistakes, it was back on track and going well. He suggested a tiler who also did a great job on the splashbacks. The bad. Despite fitting taking 4 days not 5, charged another £300. I'd have been OK if it was just that, unexpected changes requiring more flexibility. However, he kept chasing for final payment despite the work not being completed. Every day. I relented and paid despite the work not being finished. After I paid him he ghosted me. This caused no end of problems. The kitchen was the centre of the new build and every day the builder / electrician / plumber / carpenter were asking me if he'd been in touch as it held everything up. I tried to contact him EIGHT times. After week two they offered to finish his work as it was the final piece of a 5 month build and were scheduled to start another project. He didn't finish the job which cost me more to get others to complete. A month went by, the builders had completed the kitchen so I texted and said how disappointed I was. He tried to call me, twice. No point, damage done. 1 star

He is one of the best. Wren kitchen work top measurement taken and guess what he said? Long time haven’t seen perfect fitted kitchen ,and you lucky said. I’m absolutely delighted to have Andrew he is best and man of his word most trusted person. I definitely recommend him to anyone without hesitation. I’m definitely calling him near future Many thanks
