I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the kitchen installation that was recently completed at my home via FIOR Kitchens. The entire process, from start to finish, had been frustrating and unprofessional led by the 2 owners Fawad and Arshad. To begin with, the installation was supposed to be completed in 3 days, as agreed upon when I signed the contract. Instead, it dragged on for 9 days, caused unnecessary disruption to my daily life. There was no communication or explanation for this significant delay, which added to the frustration. My holidays were not booked and family and kids suffered unnecessary pain without kitchen facilities due to their unethical and unprofessional behavior started once funds cleared. Moreover, the design which we had agreed upon was not followed correctly. First of all, they are not designers and can’t design the kitchen. I got my own paid design from a professional in order to be followed by them. They were unable to make a design as per my needs during 3 visits. The installation left a noticeable and unsightly 10cm side gap on the top left side of the cabinets that was not part of the original plan. This deviation from the design had affected both the appearance and functionality of the kitchen. In addition, my clear instructions regarding the height of the cabinets were completely ignored. The cabinets were installed at a height that does not suit my needs, making it inconvenient to use the space. Another significant issue was with the splash back. According to our agreement, the splash back was supposed to cover a specific area in the kitchen from where, old tiles came off. However, upon completion, I noticed that this area was not adequately covered, leaving exposed spaces that diminish the overall appearance and protection of the walls. What made this experience even worse was the unprofessional and rude behavior one of the owner ‘Arshad’. When I raised these concerns during the installation, I was met with dismissive and condescending responses. Rather than addressing the issues or offering solutions, they started demanding money to fix the faults caused by them. Then both of the owners started avoiding me and agreed to visit after 2 weeks of installation. During this so called ‘sign off’ visit, they were going into circles under the cover of ‘industrial standards’ and finally agreed, they have no solution to fix this. I am deeply disappointed with the service I have received from FIOR Kitchens and the lack of professionalism throughout this process. They both acted like cheap fraudsters who indulged me in wrong selling. Whole project was ruined and I never got what I expected and agreed. Reason to leave this detailed honest review is that, I can help people to be very careful while dealing with FIOR Kitchens. Thanks Aseer Shahid

Fior Kitchens provided an excellent and friendly service, Work was of excellent quality and in good time and good price. I am extremely pleased with the kitchen they built for me. This is an update of my previous review.

I recently got a new kitchen installed with Fior Kitchens, and we are so happy with the results! The design is both modern and functional, with no problems whatsoever after installation. The high-quality materials give it a luxurious look and feel. Both Arshad and Fawad have also been very helpful throughout the whole process, making it smooth and efficient as possible. Highly recommend these guys if you are looking to install a new kitchen.
