Description
Selling my son’s Decathlon Rockrider ST500 24” children’s mountain bike, which originally cost around £230 new. He’s now outgrown it and has moved up to a larger bike.
The bike is used and does show some signs of age, including a little surface rust and some minor cosmetic marks, but overall it’s in good condition for its age and has had a full maintenance and check done in September 2026.
Recently checked/maintained:
* Chain cleaned and lubricated with all weather lube – running very smoothly
* Brakes checked and working (they are fairly new and have little usage, see close up photo of brake)
* Tyres checked and inflated
* New inner tube fitted
* Brand-new spare inner tube included
It’s a solid, good-quality children’s bike and would be ideal for a child who has outgrown a smaller bike and is ready for a 24” wheel bike. Decathlon recommends this for children aged 9-12 (135-150cm), check your child’s height.
