Description

Amazing little retro scooter from the 90s excellent condition for age genuine mileage had been in a garage since last year in storage , until I bought it originally to ride myself . It had a 70cc Malossi kit on it and a endy exhaust. I had it running by only new fuel , new filter , new carb ,new fuel cap , new pod filter , cleaned out tank and it fired up after being standing for 10 years plus . I cleaned trans bay up changed gearbox oil . It has a malossi belt and I believe upgraded clutch too by previous owner . I put new front brakes shoes on , back brakes all good . Bit of rust on scooter here and there to be expected for its age . I put a Standard 50 cc kit on it and a new exhaust , as I intended to ride it myself as I only have a provisional license, but I bought a vespa in the mean time and sadly have to let this beauty go . I t needs to be loved and back on the road . It starts on button and kick start ,has new battery of course . It starts ticks over and runs , just needs the right main jet as it s come down from A 70 cc kit and sports exhaust to a standard set up . IAM no carb wiz , but a couple of main jet swaps and it will be running perfectly. This scooter is not showroom class but it's a excellent example of it's kind . It's all there I've done the hard work just needs some Extra TLC . Some paint work on front mudguard needs touching up of respray and paint on front forks needs attention only cosmic this scooter is mechanically sound. all electrics work horn lights indercator s comes with a passenger seat ( slightly different colour looks brand new) in need of a oil sender it has one, just one of the wires has come off , does not effect M.O.T new one is about £20 on eBay (. The malossi 70 cc kit is in great condition and I bought new piston rings to match comes with the scooter if you wanted to put it back on as does the endy performance exhaust which is in good condition. These little scooters are full of character, IAM gutted I've got to part with it but I don't won't it sitting there unused and un loved so it's time to pass it on to the next enthusiast who will enjoy it as it should be ridden . Scooter is in my name and comes with 2 sets of keys 2 old Mots from 2002 and 2005 plus original mirrors not cracked , of course it's Sorn and has no current m.o.t .
