Description
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join high profile AI programme. You will work in a mixed team of business, technology, and process experts to deliver AI-driven solutions that improve core business processes.
You will be responsible for organising and guiding teams and removing blockers to keep the programme on track.
Key Responsibilities
Translating business requirements into clear actionable delivery plans
Proactively unblocking issues and managing risks
Facilitating and managing stand-ups
Embedding Scrum and Agile best practisesEssential Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a Scaled Agile environment
Prior consulting experience (advantageous)
Experience working on AI related programmes
A personable collaborative approach
