IT Support Analyst

Description

IT Support Analyst by my supportive and engaging client. This role is onsite 5 days a week.

My client is seeking a proactive 2nd Line Support Engineer who enjoys variety, responsibility, and being part of a tight-knit IT team.

The Role

As a 2nd Line Support Engineer, you’ll act as a critical escalation point, supporting users across a broad technology stack. You’ll work closely with users, take ownership of issues, and contribute to continuous improvement across IT systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide 2nd line technical support across desktops, laptops, servers, and applications

* Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents efficiently and professionally

* Support Microsoft technologies including Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Intune

* Assist with system maintenance, upgrades, and deployments

* Document fixes, processes, and best practices

* Get involved in projects and day-to-day IT operations beyond traditional support

About You

* Proven experience in a 2nd Line Support or similar IT support role

* Strong troubleshooting and xjnqpsq problem-solving skills

* Comfortable working across a broad range of technologies

* A team player who thrives in a close-knit, fast-paced environment

* Willing to take ownership, show initiative, and learn new skills

You must possess excellent communication skills and be able to speak technology to non technical people.
