Job Title: IT Service Desk

Location: Mandeville Road, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP21 8AL (Travel to other sites required)

Trust: Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust

Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (100% onsite, with the possibility of working from home on Fridays if not required in the office).

Pay Rate: £14.89/Hr. + holiday pay comes to >> £16.93/hr.

Contract Duration: 6 months (subject to review and potential extension)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an IT Service Desk with experience in general IT support and a strong willingness to learn about Mobile Device Management (MDM). This role will involve supporting mobile device migration and general IT troubleshooting.

Required Skills/Experience:

* IT support experience (1-2 years).

* Must have a car and be willing to travel to different sites.

* Willingness to learn about MDM (training provided).

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with MDM migration tasks and device configuration. (Training will be provided)

* Provide IT support and troubleshoot technical issues.

* Travel to different Trust sites (car required).
