Job title: D365 Solutions Architect
Role Type: Contract
Length: 4-6 Weeks initial
Location: Remote (Possible travel to Ireland)
We are looking for an experienced D365 Architect to lead customer discovery, shape functional requirements and design practical Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales solutions. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role focused on configuration, solution design and delivery within a focused engagement.
Responsibilities
Lead or support customer workshops to capture functional requirements.
Configure Dynamics 365 Sales, including tables, forms, views, business rules, dashboards and security roles.
Recommend standard Dynamics 365 capability before considering custom development.
Identify where Power Apps, Power Automate and integrations can strengthen the wider solution.
Work with technical teams on extensions, integrations, testing and implementation.
Produce clear functional designs, configuration documentation and solution recommendations.
Key Skills
Recent hands-on experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.
Background as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, Functional Solution Architect or Solution Architect.
Strong understanding of lead, opportunity, account, contact and pipeline management processes.
Experience with model-driven apps, Power Apps and Power Automate.
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 security, environments, solutions and deployment processes.
Confident customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver quickly.
Desirable
Dynamics 365 Marketing or Customer Insights experience.
Azure integration, API or wider Power Platform knowledge. xjnqpsq
Relevant Microsoft certifications.
