Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a dynamic team based in Newcastle. This role focuses on reviewing and refining Synthetic User Monitoring capabilities for Microsoft 365 products using Martello.
Role Overview:
As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for enhancing monitoring capabilities, engaging with stakeholders and delivering improvements through data-driven insights. You will play a key role in defining requirements and driving business process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and refine Synthetic User Monitoring for M365 products (Martello)
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and define technical and business requirements
Apply business improvement methodologies to optimize processes
Deliver solutions with a strong focus on data and analytics
Ensure effective stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycleRequired Skills and Experience:
Technical Expertise:
Extensive knowledge and experience with the Microsoft 365 product suite and integrating other applications.
ITSM tool experience preferredProfessional Experience:
Familiarity with GDS (Government Digital Service) frameworks
Proven ability to elicit and define requirements
Experience in business improvement processes
Strong stakeholder engagement skills
Demonstrated delivery experience in data and analytics projects
