Your new role

This role will ensure responsibility for all the day-to-day accounts payable, credit card and staff expense transactions for multiple international entities. Core responsibilities include:> End to end ownership of the accounts payable of multiple entities

> Processing accounts payable invoices and ensuring they are matched against purchase orders, following up where there are discrepancies.

> Preparing supplier payment runs.

> Reconciliation of supplier statements.

What you'll need to succeed

> Previous experience of working in a mufti entity accounts payable role.

> Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, particularly during the month end.

> Able to prioritise work and flexible to adapt to changing priorities.

> Demonstrate proactivity.

> High attention to detail.
