I am an IT professional with over 25 years’ experience in the industry. MCSE qualified, and have worked closely with Microsoft products, starting way back when XP was released to the present Microsoft 11. I have worked for large virtualisation corporate companies, travelling the world as a Pre-Sales Technical Engineer, and I can say I have seen it all! I have extensive knowledge of IT Services and everything around the Topology that glues it all together, from small companies to multi-million-dollar organisations.

I am here to offer my extensive services, in a friendly but professional manner, using the latest tools to support all your needs. If it is just advice you are after, then that is no problem at all.

I had a problem with Windows 11 on my pc not loading updates today, and going forward never !! I didn't have secure Boot due to the incorrect format of my SSD. Andy quickly sussed this out and sorted it. I just had to alter BIOS with his help on the phone, and hey presto, after a long 2 hours, a new version of win 11 installed and updated and all green ticks on the MS pc health app WOO Thanks to Andy and all involved

Our PC died just before Christmas and Andy quite quickly diagnosed the issue. He ordered the replacement part, which arrived just after the Xmas break, and immediately set to work. We were able to collect our repaired/pristine/brilliantly working PC by lunchtime! Excellent service and we will be using him again for any further issues we might have.

I received an excellent service from ACL. My problem turned out to be quite serious, and Andy, the proprietor, took the time necessary to solve it. I was impressed with his knowledge, and also courtesy in dealing with my ignorance. I felt his charges were reasonable given the amount of time he had to spend with me. I had an issue where after i was debloating my Win 11 laptop all i had at boot up was a black screen with my gadgets visible.... so ok task manager was still there so just google on my phone ..restart windows exporer.exe no worries .....nope that did nothing , Called Andy and he said " Well its not easy as i cant see it " which is correct anyway i sent it to Andy he received it then 15 mins later he rang me to say he had fixed it .... What a guy !! just waiting to have it back now (DPD) Thanks Andy and on a Saturday too well done cheers
