I had an issue where after i was debloating my Win 11 laptop all i had at boot up was a black screen with my gadgets visible.... so ok task manager was still there so just google on my phone ..restart windows exporer.exe no worries .....nope that did nothing , Called Andy and he said " Well its not easy as i cant see it " which is correct anyway i sent it to Andy he received it then 15 mins later he rang me to say he had fixed it .... What a guy !! just waiting to have it back now (DPD) Thanks Andy and on a Saturday too well done cheers

Very Lucky to have found ACL Consultants, Andy understood the IT issues we had and explained how he intended to resolve them, there was never a time when he was confronted with something he couldn't resolve. The Turnaround was fast and we were still able to work while he fixed the issues. Andy knows what he is doing and is reasonably priced! I would highly recommend !

Andy was exceptionally helpful with fixing some scareware chrome browser. He was very polite, professional and he answered all of my questions. He worked through the job very efficiently as well. I would highly recommend him, with any PC issues that you might have.
