it just reboots with apple logo in a boot loop so not going to main phone menu as showing in photo
battery health unknown
history of phone unknown/untested
could be a software / hardwear / battery or loose wire cable fault problem
only buy if you know how to fix it or willing to pay a phone reair shop expert to look at it
its icloud find my phone free and not blocked with it unlocked / 64GB
the phone itself is in very good/excellent condtion with no cracks or chips to any sides or front and rear
