With over 35 years experience in the recruitment industry and having worked with some amazing individuals, I have seen the best of leaders and unfortunately those not so good, however the biggest difference has been the ability and willingness to change whilst also being given the opportunity and support to change. My Philosophy: Performance, Results, and Satisfaction
Coaching2Grow focuses on a holistic triad of success. I believe that true growth isn't just about hitting a target (Results), but also about how effectively you get there (Performance) and how you feel afterward (Satisfaction).
• Mindset over Tactics: emphasize that "forcing positive thinking" rarely works. Instead, the philosophy is built on an honest look at what keeps a person stuck—often automatic, ingrained negative thinking patterns designed for "safety" that actually limit growth.Â
• The "Five-Minute" Strategy: A hallmark of my approach is providing actionable strategies to pull oneself out of negative spirals quickly, focusing on immediate cognitive shifts.Â
