I am a certified Rapid Transformational Therapist and hypnotherapist by the amazing Marisa Peer. I work with Anxiety& Stress, Fears& Phobias, Confidence &Self-esteem, Unhealthy Habits, Sleeping and Relaxation. I am a passionate believer in the power of the human mind, my mission is to help you unlock your potential and create lasting, positive change.
No two people are the same, which means no two sessions are the same either. I take a highlight personalised approach, getting to know you and your unique needs so we can create a plan that works best for you.
We’ll work together using RTT, a combination of the most effective techniques from hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, and cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT). It’s designed to deliver quick and lasting results and I’m here to support you through the entire process.
