I’m Dee, a Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist. I help women who feel overwhelmed by life and health anxiety find steadiness, confidence, and a sense of control again.

All sessions are online, wherever you are.

You might look like you’re coping on the outside, but inside you feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or constantly worried about your health.

While I support clients with a wide range of challenges, I specialise in helping women over 30 who have spent years pushing through and holding everything together, until their mind or body begins to crave something different.

My approach is calm, supportive and forward focused, helping you reduce anxiety, rebuild confidence, and feel steadier in everyday life.

Sessions take place online via Zoom, with flexible appointments to fit around busy lives and changing schedules.
