Description
I am currently training in Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapy and am looking for people to work with and help (for free whilst I am a student).
This is a safe, modern and well researched approach to helping people break the negative cycle of anxiety and low mood.
Each month I will be adding to the areas I can work with and at the moment I am particularly looking for volunteers who would benefit from help with anxiety and/or low mood related concerns (including sleep issues, IBS, stress). I am be able to help with phobias and fears, OCD, weight management, chronic pain and smoking/vaping.
If these areas are of interest to you still get in touch and I will let you know when I am ready to be able to help you, either online or in person.
As a registered student member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy I am insured and have an Enhanced DBS.
