I offer clients a combination of hypnosis and talking therapy. I don't overly dwell on your difficulties, instead focusing on how you want to be and how we're going to get you there.

With thousands of hours of meditation practice over more than 20 years, and four years spent living and training in Buddhist monasteries I'm uniquely placed to offer clients a range of mind-development techniques and methods tailored to the way their particular mind works.

Sessions take place online, last one hour and cost £65 per session.
