I love to help people transform anxiety into a catalyst for growth.

I have written a book on it and won an award for my work.

I work with people in two ways:
- therapeutically to help them change anxiety from the enemy into a catalyst for growth
- as a professional speaker to help companies reduce the cost of poor mental health and instead, create a source of competitive advantage through mentally strong and resilient staff.

My therapeutic work:
I work with people of all ages but have a particular passion for working with teenagers to support them in developing the skills that lead to resilience.

Alongside anxiety, I support people with related issues such as phobias, anger management, stress, overwhelm, depression. My work also extends to weight management and addictions are these are typically behaviours rooted in anxiety.

Before starting work with a client, we have a telephone conversation so we both have an opportunity to see if we are a good fit, allowing me to answer any questions you have and for me to tell you more about my style of therapy.

My sessions are 90 minutes, which is different to most other practitioners. My aim is to get you to where you want to be mentally as quickly as possible and these longer appointments support this.

My professional speaking:
I deliver talks in companies, schools/colleges and at events. My keynotes are based around delivering practical takeaways that enable staff to transform their anxiety into a catalyst for growth, positively impacting their creativity, innovation and productivity.

I am a certified Professional Speaker and am CPD registered. I have spoken online and on stages in the UK and overseas, and love sharing my knowledge on podcasts and panels.

I am a published author of Anxiety Alchemy
