Karen has supported me through one of the most difficult years of my life; from a serious health issue and homelessness to relocating and planning for the future. Karen’s support, guidance, understanding and compassion has been an integral part of my healing journey along with her incredible tools, modalities and experience - I have been able to release trauma that I have been carrying for over 20 years. We have worked through grief, loss, anxiety, lack of confidence, money mindset, health & wellbeing, childhood beliefs and trauma and past life regressions among other issues. The results of working with Karen are difficult to put into any words other than LIFE CHANGING. Karen creates a safe space to explore your emotions, thought patterns, experiences and beliefs without judgement. Guiding you to uncover your inner resources and resilience, Karen helps you to see how & where you may be holding yourself back and what to release in order to move towards the life you want to live. She is the ultimate cheerleader and I couldn't have gotten through the past year as well as I have without her. I am now healthy, living in a wonderful home and working towards my goals with a firm belief that I will achieve them. I am no longer crippled with doubt, anxiety or insecurities and have confidence that no matter what comes my way I can not only handle it but also thrive.
