I work with high‑functioning men and women who look capable, composed and accomplished on the outside, yet feel anxious, disconnected, angry or quietly stuck underneath. As an RTT hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner, relationship and fertility coach, I specialise in uncovering and transforming the subconscious patterns that shape your relationships, confidence and sense of safety in your own body.

Many of my clients have “done the work” for years, they understand mindset, they read the books, they hold everything and everyone together – and yet they still overthink messages, fear disappointment, struggle to receive support or feel blocked when they most want to soften.

This is because these patterns are not logical; they are nervous system imprints and deeply embedded subconscious programmes.

Through Rapid Transformational Therapy and NLP, we go to the root: the early experiences and quiet conclusions that taught you it wasn’t safe to need, to rest, to be fully yourself. We gently rewire those beliefs so your system can experience safety, worthiness and connection in a new way.

Through coaching, we stabilise these shifts in real time so they become embodied – showing up in your boundaries, your communication, your choices and your fertility journey – rather than fading after a “good session.”

I also weave in astrology as a compassionate map of your natural wiring, so you stop forcing yourself into strategies and timelines that were never designed for you. We honour how you are built to love, to work, to process emotion and to receive, instead of labelling yourself as “too much” or “not enough.”

This is not surface‑level confidence building. This is subconscious recalibration. When the pattern shifts, everything reorganises. Love feels secure instead of earned. Success feels grounded instead of fragile. Your body feels safe enough to receive. You are not broken, you are patterned – and patterns can change.
