I'm Nic, a therapist offering guided hypnotherapy online and in person in Bath.

I work with people who want to change patterns that no longer feel right for them — whether that's stress, anxiety, self-doubt, unwanted habits, difficult emotions, or feeling stuck.

Rather than trying to force change, we explore what's happening underneath those patterns and what the response is trying to achieve.

The work is experiential. Rather than simply understanding what you need, you're guided to experience what the response has been looking for at a deeper level.

When something changes underneath, the old pattern can begin to soften. There can be more space, more choice, and a different way of responding.

The work is calm, practical and without judgement. You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin. I'll guide you through the process.
