Cannondale Quick CX 60CM 2010 Very little use

Description

I bought this through Cycle to Work back in 2011, then shortly after changed jobs.
So it never got a great deal of work from me
It's been gathering dust and the odd scratch in my garage ever since.
As I approach 70 I realise I won't be using it in the future, so its for sale.
I've brushed off most of the dust to photograph, but a more thorough clean would make it look even better.
It has modern paddle shift gears, and is pre disk brakes.

It's a perfect commuter bike, great on road and on Paths and Tracks.

It's all original - everything is as supplied by Cannondale.
It's had so little use that none of the rubber on the brakes or tyres looks at all worn.
It's the large size 60CM frame, so suitable for someone around 6 foot or more. Tyres are 28" or 700.
I have some accessories, which can come with the bike. (Helmet, Mudguards, Lights, Lock,)
It rides fine, all the gears engage and the brakes stop it. But it hasn't been serviced in years so you might need to adjust the cables after a few rides.
Always stored indoors, so no rust, but some dust, and a few marks where storage wasn't perfect.
Looking to clear my shed so sensibly priced for such a low use example.
