We have been clients for over six months; our care package has increased over the duration from a few hours a couple of times a week increasing to now almost every day; their quick response & smooth transition have made these changes feel seamless. As a company they are very flexible, and all of their carers are so kind and compassionate. The speed of their responses to any issues or queries is always excellent, as is their total overall service. A recent event that shows how they stand out exceptionally was when my wife & I were abroad & my father in law had to go to hospital by ambulance, with his other daughter his chaperone; as is currently with the nhs, he was triaged & a brain scan booked that night, but they would have to spend 5 hours waiting in the back of the ambulance. Upon hearing of this emergency, a member of Visiting Angels who quite by chance was in their vicinity, found them, sorted them food, hot drinks, & warm blankets. So above & beyond the cause. Thankyou.

Visiting Angels go out of their way to look after aunt. My aunt was resistant to having carers in her home, initially, but now she really appreciates the team; thanks to their kindness and compassion they have won my aunt over! The team of carers, including the supervisor, are excellent communicators. Yesterday my aunt had forgotten her hair appointment and gone out to do some errands. The carer waited for over an hour and her persistance paid out! My aunt returned and they had enough time to get to the hairdressers. Throughout, Visiting Angels and I were in touch. The assessment was thorough, the service is flexible and the client is at the heart of their service.

Visiting Angels have been helping care for my step dad since Christmas, and he has improved massively in his wellbeing. They provide a kind and compassionate service , taking time to chat with him whilst doing their duties. He enjoys the visits . They have provided a service beyond what we expected , and are efficient when we ask for anything extra service wise. I would definitely recommend.

Firstly I never leave reviews but I was so impressed with Visiting Angels and the manager Parag. They genuinely care,are extremely helpful in this difficult time give a lot of options and are really supportive. The carers are lovely, extremely flexible to our needs and very obliging.
