We are so far very pleased with the care my Mother in law is receiving from Open Doors. My wife’s Mum has 4 regular carers who cover for each other. We like it that they listen to us and have quickly built up a bond with Mum. The Manager Sophia checks in with us regularly and communication appears to be very good. We are only using the carers for 2 hours a day for now which gives family members a little respite as Mum can no longer live independently. We are likely to require more hours in the near future.

The ladies were wonderful. Looking after my aged father 96 with terminal illness at home. They coped with everything the illness through at them, leaving dad very comfortable and dignified at all times.

Excellent service. I used Open Doors while my wife was away for a few days. The company were very prompt in returning my enquiry. The two carers that have come to help me are both very pleasant, keen caring.
