Fern Care Services was the first to reach out and provide a quote, which was the most competitive. The cleaners arrived on time the next day and left the flat cleaner than it had been at the start of my tenancy. I would definitely recommend them!

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY This is not a professional end of tenancy cleaning company. The operative claims to have spent 3 hours in an unfurnished studio flat with newly refurbished shower room, so no mould, no timescale. New washing machine and fridge freezer do no cleaning required there. The builders had cleaned the flat but was not professional. Upon meeting their operative at the flat, I found: 1. Hob and extractor greasy 2. Tiled splashback and kitchen units greasy 3. Radiators dirty 3. Windows dirty 4. Doors and doorframes dirty 5. Floors not vacuumed or mopped 6. Cobwebs hanging from the kitchen units That's when I found out, he had come with 1 bottle of antibacterial spray (£1 ones) some wet wipes, 1 scourer and 1 cloth. Asked where is the vacuum cleaner and mop? Said van came and is now gone which I believe to be a total lie because I asked him to call the van back (this is within 5 minutes of me getting there) and was told they have just left to other jobs and cannot come back. As an Estate Agent for almost 40 years I have dealt with numerous cleaning companies, and this one has to be one of the worst.
