Description

We are a Homecare service based in South-end-sea offering personal centred support to all our customers.

We have extensive experience in Adult Social Care we have a Social worker and a Registered nurse in the company. This means we are able to work with other professionals to ensure customers have safe and robust care and support plans.

We support customers with personal care and personal hygiene, medication, meals and drink preparation, support to go out of the home safely, cleaning, social activities in the home and outside the home, sitting in service to support main carers/family, laundry, shopping, help to contact doctors and social services and leasing with family

I'm very please with the level of care my dad received throughout his illness. The girls couldn't be more accommodating and helpful with his day to day needs. They took the time to get him ready and sorted in the mornings unlike some "care" companies that just seem to want to clock in and clock out. They would always go the extra mile and nothing was ever too much trouble. Dad really looked forward to their visits as he trusted them and felt comfortable around them. If you are looking for carers who are kind and compassionate then I can't recommend Daisy and Iris Homecare enough.
