The carers are very professional, I have no complaints. A little better communication from the managerial team would be great.

We are currently using this company for caring of our loved one. From day one they have been completely professional and everything you would want from a caring team. The initial assessment was very thorough ensuring they understood everything that would be required from them. The carers we have had are always on time and very hardworking. They always treat our family member with respect, kindness and ensure that they still maintain their dignity at all times. I would recommend them highly and am grateful for their care we have received

The staff and leadership at Atlantizenith Unipessoal were always kind and professional. They always did what was needed for their patient my mum and treated her and us with care and dignity. While remaining professional they did also treat my mum with the human care and contact that was needed to keep her calm and healthy both physically and emotionally. Thank you Atlantizenith Unipessoal for being there when our family needed help the most.

Atlantizenith Unipessoal Ltd was very responsive, came across well and we have started using their service. I am very please with both the office timely response and the service the carer provide. They are very patient with my dad and have good understanding to caring for dementia clients. I am also pleased with the response to the requests we have made i.e. taking regular BP and giving medication on time. Overall, excellent service so far.
