SureCare Central Cheshire provides support to enable people to continue to live safely and independently within their own homes. We aim to complement the care already provided by family members or to replace care when family are unavailable. Let us provide the care so that you can have the enjoyable times with your family members.

Rest assured that we communicate with family to alert to any concerns and also share milestones and happy occasions. With our family app you get real time updates on information entered by our care team.

Our home care services include assistance with getting up and going to bed, washing and dressing, medication administration or prompting, meal preparation including monitoring nutrition and hydration, companionship, help around the home; laundry, shopping, housekeeping, running errands, assisting to appointments and hobbies and much more. Our care team members are trained in using hoists and moving people safely as well as more complex care needs such as PEG feeds, catheters, stomas, oxygen, nebulisers and more.

We can also support those who need more than visiting care throughout the day with waking or sleeping nights, and round-the-clock care with our live-in care services, an affordable alternative to going into a care home. Live in care means your loved one is in their familiar surroundings where their memories are.

When family members providing care need to take a break we can provide respite or holiday care, often at short notice.

We invest in our care team, training them to the highest standards to ensure they provide only the highest levels of care. We look after our care assistants so that they look after you. We are proud to say we were finalists in not 1 but 2 categories in the National Stars of Social Care Awards 2026 and we won the Above and Beyond Team Award.
