We are a homecare care provider with over 14years of experience in healthcare both in the acute hospital setting and in the community offering a range of services designed to support individuals who need assistance with their daily living activities while remaining in their own homes.

We are a very small team made up of our Lead carer and Registered Manager who is a Registered Nurse with over 10 years of experience in acute hospital and has worked in departments such as A &E, Palliative Care, Orthopaedics, Urology just to name a few and some well- trained carers.

Some common services we provide include:

Personal Care: Assisting with activities like bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.

Medication Management: Ensuring that clients take their prescribed medications at the right time and in the correct dosage.

Meal Preparation: Planning and preparing nutritious meals based on dietary needs and preferences.

Household Chores: Helping with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment.

Companionship: Providing social interaction and companionship to combat feelings of isolation and loneliness.

Mobility Assistance: Helping clients with mobility, transfers, and exercises, especially for those with mobility challenges.

Transportation: Offering transportation for medical appointments, grocery shopping, or other outings.

Dementia Care: Specialised care for individuals with dementia, including memory support and supervision.

Respite Care: Providing temporary relief for family caregivers to prevent burnout.

Palliative and End-of-Life Care: Offering comfort and support for individuals with life-limiting illnesses.
