We are very pleased with the personal attention to detail for our mother. We have a dedicated contact through Lindy who always responds in a timely manner to any queries. A team of 3 carers attend, they are always on time and engage in good quality conversations making our mother feel valued and cared for. We trust the staff and they not only provide medication, but also a weekly companion visit and also take our mum out to a cafe regularly. As a family we would highly recommend Lexi as a company if you are looking for the personal but professional touch for your loved one.
