Description
Y3 Care will manage the day to day care and support of older adults living in their own homes. Y3 Care, will conduct care assessments for service users with the Director and registered Manager fully involved. Y3 Care will oversee that medication and care services are conducted in the appropriate manner where necessary. Y3 care support staffs will carry out hands on care and support of individuals to achieve person centred care for every individual in our care.
Y3 care trained staffs will carry out assessments and write up the care plans for service users with agreement and full participation. Every member of Y3 care staff will abide to health and social governance. All our staff are fully registered with SSSC.
We also have support staff we send to homes for cleaning services, home care etc.
