We are a specialist healthcare provider dedicated to supporting individuals with a wide range of needs. We offer holistic, ethical, and patient-centered care, ensuring that kindness and empathy are at the core of every service we provide.
OUR SERVICE
We provide Post-surgery recovery homes, residential care, Domiciliary care/ home care, and live-in care services. Our services also cater to individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, challenging behaviours, mental health needs, and communication difficulties, ensuring personalised support for every individual.
We offer a range of services designed to support individuals with additional needs in the comfort of their own homes.
For instance;
Scheduled visits (Morning calls, afternoon calls etc)
• Personal care (e.g., assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Mobility support
• Medication management
• Meal preparation and assistance
• Companionship
• Support with appointments
• Housekeeping (e.g., cleaning, laundry)
