Meeting the Needs Limited is a Domiciliary Care Agency committed to providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable people in their homes and the community.
Our main clients' group includes older and younger adults. Our main aims are to ensure a high standard of living while being care for in the comfort of their homes.
We give them a chance and enable them to live their life to the fullest by supporting and assisting them in their day to day activities, to meet their desire outcomes.
We aim to support people with physical disabilities, the older frail, mental health, learning disabilities, long-term condition, and those receiving end of life care
Our vision is to build the highest standard Care Agency business, where people can fully trust us to leave their relatives in our hands and be satisfied in the long run.
To create an environment where our service users can be cared for by the service that provides safety (Duty candour), wellbeing and meets all their needs.
For example, help service users to remain by empowering them to engage in activities that are meaningful to them, showing them love and respect, and giving them adequate care and support they need.
We will ensure all our staff have enhanced DBS checks and continuously undergo training to comply with the legislation.
Depending on the needs of our service users, our staff can provide care from 30 minutes per day to all day long and 24/7 when required.
Meeting the Needs Limited aims to provide high quality of domiciliary care, social care services in Redbridge. We pride ourselves with the wealth of experience and knowledge gained by our top of the range staff in providing care in their previous roles. Our work will be based on our knowledge in community development and leadership, health and social care management and policy, and our different experiences working as care workers in several agencies and care homes. We intend to offer forward-thinking knowhow plans.
The Agency aims to provide a service that meets all the varied needs of the local people accessing and receiving care. The Agency recognises that this can only be achieved by offering a level of service that far exceeds CQC expectation. We seek to deliver extraordinary levels of client and staff satisfaction at all times.
We also aim to provide care workers and support workers to residential homes, nursing homes, hospitals and other health and social care settings.
Meeting the Needs Limited’s main objective is to ensure that the service we provide supports people in their own homes, in the community and residential homes, assisting them in promoting their health, their independence and chosen lifestyle.
We seek to provide a reliable, responsive service that takes into consideration the service user's needs and preferences. We aim to do this by providing a service that is value for money.
We will assist service users to lead a fulfilling, sociable life whilst giving them the independence to live in their own homes for as long as possible. we aim to give that extra little help to make life more comfortable for our clients who choose to remain in the comfort of their own home, as well as supporting their families, friends, and relatives. We strongly believe in promoting choice and independence.
We achieve our objective by:

The following regulated activities apply to services provided by The Agency:
• Personal Care
One of the things that will make any Home Care Agency stand out is its ability to offer top-quality services and top-quality life. Therefore, Meeting the Needs Limited is all about making our Home Care Agency a very conducive one.
Meeting the Needs provides a range of high-quality care services which include:
• Assistance with a ‘good morning’ start to the day, with help to get up, wash, shower, or bath, get dressed and have breakfast
• Shopping support - alongside our Service User or we can come in, agree to a shopping list, go to the shops, come back, and put it all away
• Preparation of food and drink
• Ensuring a timely prompt for medication when due
• Undertaking domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and ironing either regularly or as a ‘spring clean’, whatever the season
• Provision of respite service. If you are performing the role of principal carer, then you may need support during your time off each week
• Pampering sessions – the occasional visit to organise bathing, clean clothes, fresh bedding, and a thoughtfully prepared meal before bedtime
The eventual care package could also include:
• Provision of care services through the night for those people who need them. This can either be on a ‘sleeper night’ basis, where the care worker expects a reasonable night's sleep but is on hand for emergencies or a ‘waking night’ where the care worker is on duty throughout the night
• Live-in care – providing a care worker to live with you in your home. Similarly, we often provide live-in care when a Service User needs temporary support through a period of convalescence or recuperation when returning from the hospital
• Respite care • Palliative and end of life care

We will mostly sell through local councils and can also sell directly to other adult’s care providers. This includes care homes, age concern, adult’s social services, care agencies, local authorities, families, low class, middle class, and high-class people.
