I would like to share how I’m satisfied to be a part of Care Service24, for around 16 months now and has a care worker on my previous experiences, I can’t find the right words to say thank you to the company when they give me the opportunity to be on board and part of this great team from the top management to all the ones I work every day, they always take care of the customer and all of us and also always there giving us the tools and proper training and let us to do an extra mile if the customer needs to deliver the best and a fair service to everyone, and today after this time I still happy to stay with this great company and carry on doing the best job I can do for all costumers, and definitely with the recommendation to anyone comes along will be in good hands. I was recommended this service from a neighbour, their husband has carers visiting a few times a day and he spoke so highly of them that when it came time to look for my own care I came straight to Care Service and I have not been dissapointed. They are very kind and caring and nothing is too much trouble for the team! Amazing group of carers

I met with one of the ladies from the office recently to talk about care for my father. Our family are new to the process and they were so helpful and took as much time as we needed to answer questions and guide us. Couldnt be happier with how well they responded to our needs, 10/10

I have worked at Careservice24 for three and a half years now. I started as a support worker, where I always felt supported by the team, they listened well and supported my growth as a support worker. I then progressed, after encouragement from management, to become a Care Co Ordinator. They recognised and nurtured qualities in myself to become successful in that role. They have given me great guidance and training, and have supported my desire to further my career, with providing extra training and opportunities for growth. The reason I have given them a five star rating is because I have witnessed how they go above and beyond to support the clients and the staff. It really is a great company to work for, I am very happy in my work.
