2007 38ft x 12ft, 3-bedroom static caravan available for sale from Point Sands, Kintyre.
The caravan is being replaced, so the pitch is NOT included and the caravan will need to be removed from the site.
This is an older caravan and will be 20 years old in 2027, so it is unlikely to be suitable for relocation to a conventional holiday park. I think it would be particularly suited to someone looking for temporary/site accommodation, a renovation project, farm or agricultural use, storage/workspace, or someone with their own land.

Condition:
The caravan is in fair/used condition for its age and does have some issues which are reflected in the price. There is some visible rust, along with general age-related wear. Some of the windows can be difficult to close after being opened, radiator have some rust one will need replacing, and there is some bubbling/peeling to the ceiling covering.
It is therefore not being advertised as a pristine holiday home and would be best viewed as a low-cost accommodation/project unit.
The caravan is being sold as seen, and prospective buyers are welcome to inspect it before committing to the purchase.
Removal:
The buyer would be responsible for arranging and paying for the caravan's removal and transportation from Point Sands. Access and removal arrangements would need to be agreed with the site.
I'm not looking for trade-in value  the main aim is to find someone who can make use of the caravan rather than it having to be scrapped.
