The ideal retail travel manager must have experience in management within a travel agent and be passionate about travel.

Support store manager and lead by example.

Encourage your team and demonstrate how to generate sales through exceptional service, ensuring you hit and exceed personal and store sales targets.

Offering advice and guidance to colleagues and identify training needs.

Be able to create and promote the business opportunities within the surrounding areas.

Travel Retail Assistant Manager - Essential Requirements :

Retail management experience within a travel agent is essential

Have excellent communication skills

Be confident coaching and motivating your team

Be passionate about travel
