Hours: Monday-Friday, 07:00-15:00

Key Responsibilities of the Sous Chef

OrderingMenu planningOrganising FOH team & delegatingBatch cooking & prepMaintaining service (Breakfast service starts 07:30-10:00, lunch 11:30-14:00).HospitalityAssisting with deliveriesCovering nights service with prebooked holidays 18:00-02:00Covering weekend service with prebooked holidays 07:30-14:30Reporting machine breakdowns (Lavazza coffee machines, kitchen equipment)Liaising with client

About you:

Can remain calm and organised under pressureHas strong leadership and communication skillsUnderstands food safety, allergens and kitchen hygieneIs reliable, hardworking and a positive team playerBe a strong communicator who works well with both kitchen and front-of-house teamsHas a good attitudePresentableSpeaks a good level of English
